COACH GREG
Coach Greg Walker has been in the fitness industry since 1996. He loves fitness and helping others achieve their best health. Greg has played many sports in his youth and high school and Coached both Youth/High School football. Coach Greg believes that his introduction to health and wellness started in martial arts and boxing (The All Marine Team}. After some adolescence mischief his mother said, “Instead of training to hurt others, why not learn how to heal others.” It was this advice, along with the loss of family members to different health ailments, that drove him to learn about fitness. Using Holistic procedures, Functional movement, Sports, Reflexology, Trigger Point and proper body mechanics, Coach Greg has help many clients. Coach Greg has held many certifications but the ones that are most dear to him are in Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance.
After spending time in the Atlanta area, Coach Greg is excited to bring his no non-sense coaching style, back to Chicago!
Coach Greg has worked with Military, Police, Mixed Martial Artist, Football and Basketball Players/Personnel, along with Mature Groups and other clients from all walks of life.
